“I went into the 6 week course wanting to make changes to my eating habits with a view to losing weight and making changes that would make me feel more energised as I was feeling sluggish and lethargic.  Whilst I only made a few of the recipes, I took on board elements of them in the meals that I ate/eat and introduced lots more fresh vegetables and salads.  The mung bean soup was a challenge and very difficult at times but I am so glad I did it as it really kick started the weight loss, losing 3-4lbs in the 3 days and 6-7lbs in total.  I am also enjoying exercising more and went to the gym 4 times on my week off!

I felt like I was in a bit of a rut and was in a place where I have such a busy lifestyle and was conscious that I had put some weight on since hitting 50.
