I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist running a full time private practice on the harbourside of Bristol. I trained at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, where I was awarded a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (HPD).

I am passionate about helping people to be the best that they can be. Whether this is learning how to have self control, inner confidence, motivation or being able to sleep well (the list is endless).
