1:1 Nutrition consultations provides support for staff
Personalised nutrition sessions to help increase energy levels, reduce sick leave, promote wellness in the workplace, increase concentration & productivity, create calm, supportive and nuturing environment for all staff. Initial consultation (1 hour) plus regular follow up meetings (45 mins) which are on site to give staff direct access to wellbeing in the workplace! The detailed consultations are all about you – we will spend time assessing all areas of health and working towards health goals which are set by the client, improving energy levels and reducing symptoms of ill-health, for the healthiest workforce! After the session you recieve a personalised plan with lots of delicious recipes to try.

The goal is to lose weight but on the journey you also gain increased confidence, learn how to nourish your body to function at its best, increase energy, wellness and knowledge of how to make healthy choices everyday.
